While our studio thrives on a system of 90-minute blocks, we are far more than just a yoga space. From children’s birthday parties and weekend art lessons to private music and dance instruction, we invite your unique offerings into our studio. Have a creative vision that needs room to grow?     • Private/Semi-Private (1–2 People): $35.00 per 90-minute block.

    • Group Activities (3-10 People): $50.00 per 90-minute block.

    • Custom Events: For birthday parties, art workshops, or extended weekend intensives, please contact us for a tailored quote.

  • To ensure a professional and stress-free experience for everyone, each booking includes:

    • 15 Minutes: Pre-session setup time.

    • 60 Minutes: Active instruction or event time.

    • 15 Minutes: Post-session cleanup and reset.

    • Please ensure your event concludes on time to respect the 15-minute transition period.

  • Yes, security deposits are required for all group activities (3+ people) and are fully refundable within 7 days pending a facility inspection:

    • 3–4 People: $100.00

    • 5–10 People: $250.00

    • 10+ People: $500.00

  • All group-rate renters (3+ people) must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming LIMBERVA LLC as additionally insured. This must be submitted prior to your first booking.

Studio Rental Availability

We offer a structured environment designed to support movement, creativity, and community. All rentals are booked in 90-minute blocks to ensure every instructor and guest has adequate time for setup and cleanup without feeling rushed.

Each 90-Minute Block Includes:

  • 15-Minute Setup: Arrive early to prepare your space and admit guests.

  • 60-Minute Session: Your dedicated time for instruction, practice, or activity.

  • 15-Minute Cleanup: Time to reset the studio and ensure a seamless transition for the next renter.

Custom Scheduling & Weekend Flex: Looking for a weekend birthday party, a half-day art workshop, or a multi-day intensive? We offer flexible scheduling and custom quotes for events that require time outside our standard blocks.
