ARM BALANCE WORKSHOP — 4-WEEK SERIES
Learn to find your center of gravity, build strength and stability, and develop the skills to practice arm balances with greater confidence and control.
This four-week progressive series is designed to take you beyond simply attempting an arm balance. Each session builds on the previous week, combining mobility, strength, alignment, weight shifting, and practical drills to help you understand how your body moves through these challenging postures.
What We’ll Explore
Week 1 — Foundations & Weight Shifting for Crow
Build the foundation for arm balances and learn how to confidently shift your weight forward.
Week 2 — Core Integration for Forearm Stand
Develop the core strength, body awareness, and positioning needed to support your inversion practice.
Week 3 — Inversion Drills & Handstand Skills
Work with progressive drills designed to develop strength, balance, and confidence for handstand practice.
Week 4 — Putting It All Together
Integrate the skills and drills from the series and put your practice into action.
Each class will include targeted stretching and strengthening for the muscles needed to support arm balances, along with technique, drills, and time to practice.

Breanna Lynn Yoga
Breanna started practicing yoga in 2015.
Something that started out as a deep, sacred practice, planted a seed for her wanting to become a yoga teacher in her future. To share what she had learned off and on the mat throughout the years.
Breanna strives to continuously practice and find ways to self regulate/ground herself and others after her son got diagnosed with autism. Which is what she teaches in every class. She believes the most important yoga we can practice, is off the mat.
When she’s not on her mat you can find her at the barn, in her garden, or with her family.
Donation Based Yoga: Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:45 AM
Each class we will start in child’s pose to clear our minds. We will move through standing postures at a moderate pace as we warm up our bodies. Ending in seated postures held for several breaths, to let your body settle in and fully relax as we move into a 10 minute savasana for total relaxation & peace.
As a resident at Limberva, Breanna takes and processes her own payments and waivers.
