Residency Contribution Fees

Private & Semi-Private Instruction: $35.00 per 90-minute residency block.

Small Group Instruction: $50.00 per 90-minute residency block.

Large Group Instruction & Intensives For youth movement programs, weekend wellness workshops, or multi-day intensives, please contact us for a tailored consultation and custom scheduling.

Peak times and non-peak incur an up charge or discount; see the chart below.

Setup Fee: $25.00 one time fee for onboarding and studio activation.

TThe 90-Minute Instruction Block

• 15 Minutes: Arrive early to set up and greet your clients.

• 60 Minutes: Your time for active instruction.

• 15 Minutes: Use the studio reset supplies to prep the space for the next person.

Security Deposits

Yes. Security deposits are required, and will be returned via Zelle or check after inspection. Contact us for large group/workshop deposits.

Yes. All instructors lead their own classes here, so you need to have your own professional liability insurance.

• The Deadline: You’ll need to send over your Certificate of Insurance (COI) before your first scheduled block.

• Coverage Requirement: Minimum of $1M in professional liability coverage.

• Submission: This certificate must be submitted and verified prior to your first Instructional Residency Block.

The Brand Builder Suite

Cost: $75.00 / month

We handle the marketing and tech so you can focus on teaching. Here is exactly what you get:

• Social Media Content: We film and edit one high-quality Reel for you every month during our studio "Content Days."

• Student Leads: We display your headshot and a custom QR code in the studio so students can find your schedule and pay you directly.

• Local Reach: You’ll be featured in the Lakeside Newsletter we send to our local neighborhood list.

• In-Studio Signage: Your brand gets a permanent spot on our Resident Directory board.

• Acuity Scheduling: Use our backend system to handle your student check-ins and payments without the headache.
