Residency Contribution Fees
Limberva is built for the teacher who wants to run their own business without the big-studio overhead. We use 90-minute blocks so you actually have time to breathe and connect with your students:
Private & Semi-Private Instruction: $35.00 per 90-minute residency block.
Small Group Instruction: $50.00 per 90-minute residency block.
Large Group Instruction & Intensives For youth movement programs, weekend wellness workshops, or multi-day intensives, please contact us for a tailored consultation and custom scheduling.
Prime Time Supplement Instructional blocks held during the following peak windows incur a $25.00 supplement:
Morning Peak: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Evening Peak: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM.

TThe 90-Minute Instruction Block
15 Minutes: Arrive early to set your music on the Bose system and check students in.
60 Minutes: Your time for active instruction.
15 Minutes: Use the studio reset supplies to prep the space for the next person.

Security Deposits
Yes. Because we just put in specialized flooring and professional gear, we require a deposit for group instruction. As long as the studio is reset and the floor is clear after your session, you’ll get it back in full within 7 days.
Small Group Instruction: $100.00
Standard Group Instruction: $250.00
Large Group Instruction: $500.00

Yes. All instructors lead their own classes here, so you need to have your own professional liability insurance.
The Requirement: A $1M policy naming Limberva LLC as "Additionally Insured."
The Deadline: You’ll need to send over your Certificate of Insurance (COI) before your first scheduled block.
Coverage Requirement: Minimum of $1M in professional liability coverage.
Additional Insured: LIMBERVA LC must be named as "Additionally Insured" on your policy.
Submission: This certificate must be submitted and verified prior to your first Instructional Residency Block.

Cost: $75.00 / month
